Hello
Hello everybody I am a newbie, just logged on at work . I have recently returned to keeping an aquarium, after some years . I just have a few guppies and loads of plants. I must say how suprised I am at the changes in fish keeping after all thses years. So will be popping in and out to ask advice if you don't mind

Hello and welcome De La cour
This is a very friendy forum with some very experienced fish keepers so im sure people will help.
one thing i would recommend is if you have just added your plants i would wash them before snails arrive.

Hello Paul
I forgot to say I already have a few apple snails as well. Good or bad your thoughts please? They only seem to eat the fern like plants and stay away from Jarva fern/moss.
I got three albino corys last thursaday as well.
I must have a snoop about and see where I can ask questions

Hi, I consider apple snails very good as they eat waste and normally keep away from greenery. i have never heard of them eating plants, but i might be wrong. I always put Apple snails in my tanks. also the fish sometimes eat the snail waste
